The Group Executive Committee
There are countless opportunities for adults to get involved, within our Group – and this doesn’t just mean being a Leader or Section Helper – there are many non-uniformed roles for people who want to be involved, but do not necessarily want to be on the ‘front line’. Take our Group Executive Committee as an example. Put simply, our Group would cease to function without the hard work and dedication of these people!
These non-uniformed volunteers are appointed/elected to their roles at the Annual General Meeting, and are vital for the smooth running of the Group as they undertake a lot of work in the background to support the sections and section Leaders. The Group Executive Committee meets once per half-term.
